Held on the sacred shores of Lake Atitlán, within a private retreat space in Tzununa , Womb Wisdom is a 6-day/ 5 nights immersive retreat for women ready to reconnect with their bodies, soften into their truth, and remember the wisdom that lives within them.
Surrounded by volcanic mountains and the still, powerful waters of the lake, this experience takes place in one of the most energetically revered regions in Central America, within the living traditions of the Tzʼutujil Maya.
This retreat is for the woman who feels the call for more than rest, who is ready to reset her nervous system, release stored emotion, reconnect to her womb space, and step into a more embodied, intuitive way of living.
Timed intentionally during the Lionsgate Portal (8/8), this retreat aligns with a moment associated with clarity, renewal, and intentional new beginnings. Within this container, that energy is grounded through embodied practices, supporting real, lasting shifts rather than fleeting inspiration.
Rooted in deep reverence for the land and its lineage, we are honored to be guided by Nana Lucy, a respected Tzʼutujil Maya curandera from San Pablo La Laguna. Carrying ancestral knowledge passed down through generations, Nana Lucy offers profound healing through Maya abdominal massage, plant medicine, temazcal (sweat lodge), and sacred fire ceremonies designed to cleanse and restore the energetic body and ancestral line.

Where you'll stay
During the retreat, we’ll be staying in a beautiful naturally built eco-retreat center nestled in the lush hummingbird valley of Tzununa, overlooking Lake Atitlán and the surrounding volcanoes.
The space is designed with intention and simplicity, constructed from bamboo, wood, stone, and glass, blending comfort with the natural landscape. The space is bright and airy, with expansive windows, total of 6 bathrooms with hot water, and balconies with hammocks where you can rest and take in the sounds of the river, birds, and the lake below. (please note that all participants will have their own bed/space in shared rooms/no private rooms available)
You’ll wake up to sweeping views of the water and volcanoes, enjoy nourishing farm-to-table meals prepared by local chefs, and have access to shared spaces designed for rest, reflection, and connection.
This is a space that feels both grounded and expansive, supportive for deep inner work, while staying closely connected to nature and community.
We are honored to be in collaboration with Nana Lucy, a Tzʼutujil Maya curandera from the lakeside community of San Pablo La Laguna.
Nana Lucy carries ancestral healing knowledge passed down through generations within her family lineage. Her work is rooted in traditional Maya medicine and a lifelong relationship with the body, the land, and the energetic field.
Her offerings include Maya abdominal massage, plant-based healing practices, temazcal (traditional sweat lodge), and sacred fire ceremonies. These practices are not separate techniques, but part of a living system of healing that supports physical, emotional, and energetic restoration.
In her presence, the work is deeply experiential, focused on reconnection, release, and remembering the body’s natural intelligence. Her teachings are shared through direct transmission, lived experience, and cultural lineage.
We are grateful to learn from and be guided by her within this retreat container, and to support the honoring of these traditions in a way that is respectful, embodied, and rooted in place.

Meet the Creators & Guardians of Womb Wisdom
Meet Delmy, Julia, and Jerithe
Together, they have woven a sacred space where women can gather, share wisdom, honor cultural traditions, and reconnect with the deep intelligence carried within the womb. With intention and care, they created Womb Wisdom as a space for women to heal and grow together.
Delmy
Hola, my name is Delmy Stephanie Morales, and I am a co-creator of Womb Wisdom. I'm originally from Houston, Texas, and have lived in various places around the world, including different parts of the East and West Coasts of the United States, as well as Japan. I often say that I have lived many lives within this one, as my journey has carried me through many paths and professions — including serving as an active-duty Marine, earning a degree in science, and working as a freelance artist. Today, I have found my calling as a writer and recently published my debut book, A Guiding Light. I feel deeply called to walk a spiritual path in this lifetime —one rooted in learning, healing, and sharing wisdom with others along the way. On my mother’s side, my family carries Mayan roots and a deep connection to spirituality, traditions that have been lovingly passed down through generations. This project was born from a desire to reconnect with the women who came before me, heal both inherited and personal wounds, and create space for collective healing among women. To me, this journey is a beautiful unfolding — one that helps pave the way for a future of more healed, empowered, and deeply connected women.
Peace and love, beautiful women. I am Julia Arong Kim 김아롱, a second generation Korean American woman from NY. I am a heart centered somatics facilitator and multidimensional artist devoted to supporting women in returning to their bodies, truth, voice, and innate power through breathwork, sound, creative expression & arts. My journey into this work began through my own healing. I experienced many years of emotional neglect and abuse, while also supporting my sister through severe mental illness, which left me deeply disconnected from my feminine essence. I neglected my own needs and ended up in unhealthy relationship dynamics. As a highly sensitive soul and truth teller, I decided to break generational cycles within my lineage. Understanding the womb as a space of memory, intuition, and creation, where both our pain and our power live. Through one of my greatest “deaths,” I was being guided into my highest calling. What I once felt disconnected from became my greatest source of transformation.
Women gathering in community without judgement forever changed my life. I saw women in me and me in women. Being able to share what has healed me is something I hold with deep gratitude. I can't wait to journey with you.

Jerithe
Jerithe Martinez is a weaver of womb wisdom, originally from Chicago, with Spanish as her first language and a lived connection to her Mexican heritage. Devoted to guiding women back to their bodies and inner truth, she offers sacred, nature-based photo experiences and shares her gifts within yoga spaces. Her work is rooted in emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being, and is expanding through her studies in introspective and past life regression hypnotherapy with Alba Weinman, honoring healing across both this lifetime and others.
Through sound, voice, and ritual, Jerithe has created over 30 affirmation and mantra songs, often accompanied by her buffalo drum, to support remembrance and reconnection. Now based in San Diego, she contributes to her community through her creative and healing offerings. Her path deepened after a spiritual awakening in 2019, sparked by personal transformation and the discovery of her paternal lineage, guiding her into a deeper sense of truth and self-understanding. After meeting Lucy, her work with womb wisdom accelerated, and she is honored to share this experience with other women. <3
